Cancelled insurance in mid August due to going on wifes group insurance. Was told policy would end September one and as of September 12th they still have not contacted my company for the adjustment. They cant give a straight answer, stating they deal with a third party and its their responsibility. They will not give information on the third party. This company is a joke.

Health insurance, prescription, dental and vision were all to be activated June 1st. It's now June 12th and still is not fixed. It's been one problem after another. Can find no one to take responsibility. I have talked with Eddie, Laura and. Charles. Charles is the only one to return my call on one occasion. There is never a supervisor available to fix issues. I have been lied to and ran in circles with answers. One day I might have insurance and I receive card then when I call to check benefits it has been cancelled on the same day it was to be activated.

Misappropriated funds that were supposed to be diverted into my 401k into some sort of third party insurer without ever telling me. Have not been able to determine what insurer they supposedly even 'bought' me with those funds. In total, over $10,000 was stolen from me by this organization. Having to pursue civil action to get answers.

This company will waste your time and will tell you paperwork is proceessed when there's no claims put in .and they take their time to update dispositions. I do not recommend this company to anyone and if your job uses them for benefits you might as well start a go fund me account because that'll help you more than this trash company.

This company denied my brothers life insurance policy saying he didn't have one after admitting he did. He was executive staff at acs and had 0$ copay for medical life and rx. That insurance they withheld trying to get him to pay big money for inferior insurance. Until he had respiratory failure at work and I made them honor his insurance to take him to the ER where he died. He ultimately died of pneumonia at 29 years old working 60 hours a week outside. He worked for American corporate security for many years and was a supervisor. Had they honored his insurance when he was promoted, months prior, he could have received medical treatment and still be alive.

This company is horrible. Rude and unprofessional rep's, incompetent staff. I've been trying to remove my oldest child from my plan who is over 26 yoa and married. They STILL show her as an enrollee. This comapny also needs to be audited.
