Mrs. Hughes at Hundley Batts & Associates Insurance Agency was an absolute gem. I was in need of new insurance and did not know where to start. She took her time in explaining my options and answered all of my questions and concerns , she was even able to get me a cheaper policy which was a huge help. Mrs. Hughes was so kind and patient and gave me time to make my decision. Ms Hughes makes things happen! She has been working with the Tennessee Valley MOPAR club for over 15 years obtaining Certificate of Insurance for both car shows and gaining coverage for special guest we contracted to present with various magazine high end cars. Customer service is exactly what you receive when contact Ms Hughes.
