Zero rating! This branch gone even worse, the new manager is low level and behave bossy, she forgot who she is, a servant! and the old staff are all fired, the new ones all rude and ignorant. They ask for ID when withdraw money even a small amount which all other banks only request show Debit card and input PIN, this Huntington branch is very wired, the manager is a spy just attempting "Identity theft", spy customer's privacy because she is struggling for bad review! She an all the new staff need to be fired. Don't use this branch, they are lure you in with high rate then trap you in, spy all your privacy! - Cautious!
Huntington is getting worse and worse! They hold your check for 7 days, make it difficult to close your account. Huntington Bank is suffering for customers' outrage! It struggling for hiring good persons, all it's staff are the lowest who cannot get jobs at other places! The lowest and worst staff! It will bankrupted soon!

The Worst bank, worst manager, the woman has no decent degree and is ignorant, bossy, one jumped among stores, 1st time manager! want to "Talk to me?" she is not on the same level! staff and manager spying customer's personal information, they use any chance to ask for ID, and seeking Identity Theft! They are slow and rude! - stay away from this bad manager, staff! Huntington cannot find good persons want to work for them, they hold your check for 7 days, make you difficult to close your account, a scammer store! - CAUTIOUS

I just left this branch. The manager did not smile the whole time I was there and had no warmth to her personality at all. I asked her for a balance sheet for the bank as a whole so I could calculate the liability to asset ratio for this institution. She did not have one and gave me a card to call corporate. She acted like she didn't even know what a balance sheet was. In my opinion, every branch of a bank or credit union should have a balance sheet posted for all customers to see. This branch has a great many one star reviews. Unfortunately I have to rate it that way too.

Waited in line very politely, Was called up saw that there was a gentleman in a chair so I asked him if he was waiting and he said no you can go ahead so I walked up to the counter because I was called up and then I get to the counter and she very nastily said to me oh he was here first, and she needed to go to the drive-through first even though she called me up. Work on yo ur customer service skills. Treated very rudely for no reason. The same woman has treated me poorly before, second time I’ve gotten attitude from her for no reason.

Waited in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes. Only to walk inside to the teller saying here's your recepit and ID. Like what? I went inside to see if they were being robbed. Avoid this branch.

Would have given zero stars if I could have. This was my worst banking experience ever. Trying to settle my mother's Trust and Huntington made every step as difficult as possible. No one at the branch or call center seemed to know what to do and did not have access to the information needed.

I was so shocked to discover that the banker, Helen Sanchez Reis who opened my business account did not return my original business documents to me that I provided her. She scanned my original documents for the bank's file and did not place the physical documents back in my folder. I emailed her later that evening and told her that I would return to the bank the following morning to retrieve my originals, but when I arrived, she handed me copies of the documents. Double check your documents before leaving this bank.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.... This branch would be deserving - Zero follow up when they knew how dire my situation was and they were ZERO SUPPORT and allowed my accounts to be force closed after 20 years with NO EXPLINATION! SO UNPROFESSIONAL,.. HORRIBLE BANK

The worst bank and the WORST manager Sahar Rashedi.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this branch for over 10 years, but the service has drastically declined—mainly due to the current manager, Sahar Rashedi. She is consistently rude, unapproachable, bossy and unprofessional. She doesn’t greet customers, never smiles, and creates a hostile atmosphere.

Her behavior is bossy, intrusive and unsettling. She stares at customers in a way that feels invasive, and her presence does not reflect someone who’s there to help or serve. It feels like she’s more interested in monitoring people, attempting to steal our money and privacy than providing service.

She lacks basic banking knowledge, responds slowly, and often says “no” or “I don’t know” to simple questions. Her attitude and incompetence are unacceptable for someone in a managerial role. Huntington needs to take immediate action to fire this manager—this branch deserves better Manager.

Please paint the concrete parking wheel barrier in your handicap spot to a different color so it is easier to see. It currently blends into the concrete pad. Many folks who will park in this spot are handicap and possible have eye sight challenges and this poses a safety risk. Thanks!
