After calling in for a quote for insurance for my company, and spending less than 6 minutes discussing my needs and expectations the gentleman asked what I expect to pay, I informed him it won't be sticker shock as ive had a few quotes. He then told me it's NOT WORTH HIS TIME or my time to get me a quote, after he had told me how Inspro has the most route in the entire state and if they couldn't get me covered nobody could. You should not waste your time with this company if Ben handles things with this attitude and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; not the way people want to be talked to.
