We’ve used Insurance Broker’s of Arizona for 3 years. I am changing to State Farm not only because our rates between homeowners and auto went up $1,500 this renewal and we can get better rates with State Farm, but also because the customer service at Insurance Brokers of AZ is lacking. The last two renewals they haven’t reviewed my policies on time and this year they never even got back to me if they could find me better rates after I asked them to do so. I call and ask them to do something, it usually doesn’t get done. I leave a voicemail and get no response. Customer service at a local State Farm office has been top notch and they have more competitive rates.
