I appreciate Castle. They were there for me when most insurance companies were cancelling policies on rental properties. I can always reach someone (a living human being) by phone or email. I've never had a claim, so I can't comment on aspect. I have recommended Castle to other rental property owners.

I currently have several types of insurance policies with Castle Insurance including rental/personal properties, automobile, and umbrella that I am confident I am getting a very fair value. The crew at the office is always responsive to my matters. I have only filed one claim on a rental property and it was resolved promptly. My Agent, Robin Austin, worked tirelessly to correct totally erroneous and false information on the insurance inspection which was done shortly after I got my policy. If if were not for her I would have taken my business elsewhere. The only thing that I have been at all displeased with, regarding Castle, was the said "inspection". I don't know who they were or what qualifications they allegedly possessed but their knowledge of construction and real estate was sorely lacking. I had to spend hours taking pictures and providing information to refute their incompetent inspection. Robin then passed this information on to the chief inspector for Stillwater, and resolved the problem. I am highly impressed with her attention to spending what was no doubt a great deal of her time and effort to correct this issue.

These folks are for real, friends. They provide personal service to make sure lenders get the endorsements they need. They respond to queries. The only thing I haven't confirmed is whether Honeycomb will actually pay for losses. But then I've never had losses and have been paying big insurance premiums for years.

Theses people are a waste of time, I spent 30 minutes submitting all the information they require for 13 of my 25 properties on their website, the next day they say they only have 1 competitive company for Manufactured homes and completely disregarded the other properties I submitted. When I asked if they'd quote the properties that were not Manufactured they asked me to resend all the info again... NO THANK YOU YOU HAVE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME...

P.S. The broker I currently have has 4 companies that are competive for manufactured homes...
