Only one person working in the office and she isn't even qualified to handle a transaction without help on the phone. I wanted to get insurance yesterday but they failed to give me how much it would cost from a previous quote the day prior. Anyway I brought a certain amount divided by the monthly total amount and it was wrong. They wasted my time by not telling me how much to bring so I had to make another visit there and pay the correct amount. Bush league insurance.
