This company is horrible to deal with. Their only goal is to not help, drag out claims and not pay. If your provider is using these people Run! Hire an attorney because you will get screwed by these people and your provider.

Had a bad experience. It was clear from the start the goal was to find a way to not pay a claim. Didn't do a thorough job examining the damage and left out key details. Even the estimate of damage that wouldn't have hit the deductible was insultingly low compared to actual quotes. Would not want to use them if I had a choice.

The adjusters at this company have the worst communication skills of any adjusting company I have ever delt with they don’t answer emails or phone calls. You are left in the dark the whole time. Their “field” adjusters are not qualified nor do they show up with the proper equipment to adequately inspect your property. The only way to get a call back is to call supervisors with your insurance company to contact them and have them call you and they will claim they have called multiple times and spoke to you when they have not.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with a Mr. Justin orders. My reviews based on this gentleman alone and not towards a company as it is him who represented them poorly. The gentleman has poor communication skills not friendly by any means very condescending and appears to be on a high horse. I would not want to gentlemen like this working with any company of mine. I recommend getting rid of employees like this so as to avoid reviews that negatively affect the company. This gentleman is a joke and has no business in the industry that he is in
