I needed to sign my husband up for Medicare benefits. The agent/company that I used to sign up for Medicare for myself, merged with another company. After 15+ years of helping us with health insurance & my Medicare plan, the agent doesn't say that he is retiring, he is just gone. I received an email from the new merged company saying how they would take care of us & yada, yada, yada. Well after three attempts of ME trying to contact them, I started looking for a new agent/company. I tried several companies, however not even the courtesy of calling me back. I am so thankful that I was able to talk to Jenny!! She was so helpful & we were able to submit an application to Medicare for my husband with accepted results. I will definitely being having Jenny be my new agent. Thank you, Jenny...you were a God send.

Woodcrest Office you have a Great Agent by the name of Donna Cartier! From the time she called me back to follow up on a quote I started online but didn't finsh, Donna was professional delivered exception Customer Service, was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, very responsive to emails and took care of everything I was looking for. Donna got me great rates and coverage for 3 vehicles and renters insurance and was several hundred dollars lower than if I would have stood with the insurance I had at the time.
