We set up an appointment with Barbara to review our Medicare plans. On the phone, she was professional and pleasant. When we met her at her I.P.A office, we knew we hit the gold mine. She was completely knowledgeable of all the plans and took the time to discuss the differences and similarities, and she answered all of our questions in an efficient, but relaxed way. Barbara truly made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. AND she's a super smart and super sweet woman!

This is a top notch company. When you go in to buy or update your policy it can get really confusing but IPA makes the experience easy to understand. Tell you what they recommend but also they will give you other options to compare. We went in for Medicare but will be going back to check on home and auto.

Explained all the options available to us. Very patient and professional. My husband stayed with his plan, however I changed to a Medigap. Have not used it yet so cannot comment on the change. The only thing I did not like was my plan did not include a rec center membership so now I need to pay out of pocket for that.
