From the moment my husband and I met Scott, we knew we were in good hands. Scott is knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable! We are old school and to have an "insurance guy" again really means a lot to my husband and me. We're not particularly eager to do EVERYTHING on line so it's great when we have a question, we pick up the phone and speak with him directly! We're looking forward to many years of having Scott assist us with our health insurance needs 🙂

With the myriad of Medicare options, Scott was able to clear the air and direct us to our best options when signing up my wife Kiki for Medicare. Scott took the time to explain each plan, their benefits and how they would fit into her future health care. Mr. Richards went above and beyond to help me get Advantage coverage for my Medicare/Medicaid insurance. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the best policy for me. He even made the trip to my house to meet because it was difficult for me to travel. Now that is rare customer service these days! I highly recommend him.
