Earlier this year we were notified by our long time homeowners and auto insurance provider that our annual premiums were going to increase drastically. I contacted Insurance Solutions of Omaha and worked with Ross Manley, who investigated and quoted proposals from several different companies. He pointed out the differences between the proposals, as well as the claims experience that they had with each of the companies. He isn’t like those that are out to just sell insurance policies. Rather, he showed us that he is focused on getting clients proper coverage at lower costs, with companies that have been easy to work with when filing a claim. In the end, we selected an insurance company who saved us a considerably amount of cost, but also has a good reputation of servicing claims. I would highly recommend that you call Insurance Solutions of Omaha and ask for Ross Manley if you want to lower your cost of homeowners and auto insurance.

Absolutely love working with this office. I first started with my personal home needs and soon found Insurance Solutions was the best fit for our business needs as well. Now they write multiple lines for my entire family and employees. It seems they all work as a team and whether I'm on the phone with Chris, Teresa, Samantha, Kirk, Ross, Angel, Linda, or someone else I'm always taken care of. I love how proactive these brokers are compared to others I've worked with. We've even had a few homeowners and auto claims the last 11 years and they always find a way to help when we're frustrated with something on the claims side. I really can't recommend this office enough. I can't even recommend one person because every single employee I've worked with has been nothing but kind, professional and attentive to whatever urgent thing I had going on. I just miss Suzy who I started working with in 2012 but understand she's now enjoying retirement. Can't speak highly enough of this team of agents.
