Nancy and Integra has beaten every quote I can find for four years on auto, home, and landlord insurance, where they have agencies that provide (they are of course, just a messenger to the Providers). They are quick, knowledgeable, and can provide insight to get the best rates and levels of coverage in a changing insurance landscape.

I have been with Integra since 2008. I used to get great service with them. Now they are awful. I have left 3 messages for Heather and sent one email in the past two weeks. I have received no response. I will be canceling my policies with them. They have become very poor with their customer service. I don't know what their issues are bur they have really gone downhill. Very disappointed.

No one ever answers the phone, and when you do reach someone they say they will call you back and don’t. I was told it was cheaper to pay for an insurance policy for 2 cars with one garaged that wasn’t even mine (theirs) than just my own, and that a deposit would be refunded at the end of my 6 month policy. At the end of the policy they told me the $1200 deposit I paid was just part of a payment for the insurance and included in the cost and wouldn’t be refunded. When I asked for review of my insurance they claimed they called me but never did. I moved to another insurance group and my policy is literally HALF what I was paying with Integra. Without paying for someone else’s garaged car that is an employee of Integra. Stay far far away from this group.
