Bad Customer service, I put in a claim in hopes that they would help me out and they never came through. They never kept in contact with me to update me on the status on my claim. My insurance company tried to get in contact with them, and they never got back to them. I have tried numerous times and left messages and they never got back with me. I'm glad that my insurance company called to let me know what was going on, so I could have just enough time to resolve the matter, or else my claim would have been closed, without my house getting fixed. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYBODY.
