Integrity property management has done a great job with my move-in and any concerns I might have had. They gave me a viewing of the home prior to move-in date, and I requested they make one repair in the bathroom and that was completed before move-in. Further, on the fourth day of living in the home, the deadbolt failed and I was locked out. They immediately got a hold of a locksmith after I informed them of the issue and the locksmith was at my door approximately one hour after I reported the issue and removed and replaced the deadbolt locking mechanism.

I think they are a great property management company, and work honestly to help resolve any issues you may have.

Integrity has been managing my rental property since 2019 and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They have a ton of market knowledge and have always been able to get me great feedback about pricing and leasing trends. I have had very minimal down time between tenants over the last 5 years and they have kept the property in great shape. They have a solid maintenance team that is very responsive and the pricing is very reasonable for repairs. Owner reports are detailed and timely each month. Overall they have done a great job taking care of my property and I highly recommend their services.
