Horrible company. I was assigned to someone for workers comp and after hearing from no one for a month I kept emailing and getting no response. I finally called and found out my case manager no longer worked there and I needed to be reassigned to someone. 2 months later I finally was able to speak with someone. Fast forward a year after after a Dr. Visit and they still have yet to pay and I'm getting threatening letters from the Dr. They've been contacted by both my former employer and the Dr repeatedly but they never do anything. Debbie Moore is in charge of my case. She never returns calls, emails or apparently makes payments. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Debbie Moore was my husbands claim adjuster. She should be counseled on her professional behavior, or lack of. My husband was injured at work, and trying to work with this person on his claim was impossible. He finally had to resort to hiring a workers comp attorney after she denied the claim in which he was awarded a compensatory judgement. I would highly recommend calling Utah Injury Law Center from the get-go if Ms Moore is assigned to your case.

My experience with the staff at Intermountain Claims was wonderful. They made a very stressful situation in my life much easier to get through. I can't say enough good things about how professional and kind they were. They communicated with me every step of the way. I don't know what the other reviewers were complaining about. The ultimate decision to deny claims is with the insurance company, not the adjusters.

The staff at Intermountain Claims is the definition of inept. They neglect to return phone calls. They are slow to take care of business. And then they lie to cover up mistakes. They have little or no regard for others' situations, and don't seem to care much about their image. If any of you are forced to go through this company for any sort of claims adjustment, then good luck.
