This year I wanted to change to another one and I picked Investy Financial Service with my friend's recommendation. I met Rachel Ngoc Nguyen. She was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Any questions I asked, she explained very enormously. She is fast and professional. She is not only master about tax but also another fields such as finance, insurance, health care... After 2 weeks, I needed to submit more tax information (because I forgot, sorry for that) and I came back there again. Rachel was very happy to help me without any extra fee. Wow I was pleased! I got a huge tax refund with her services :)) And I let you know that she only charged me half the price for the first time compared to the last year with the previous agent. Very reasonable and I highly recommend her to you guys!!!
