Irdai is on first floor of jeevan tara building gate no. 3. Which is at the back side of jeevan tara building.
Nearest metro station is patel chowk just 1min walking distance away.
And nearest bus stand is police station parliament street just 3 minute walking distance away.

Employees do not respond to any one as they feel they has supreme power which is greater than a normal citizen. Applications are pending which govt. or employee is not responsible for work.

Branch officials don't meet if anybody has some grievance. They only meet surveyors. Fixed line telephone numbers are non functional.

1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M. is lunch time. Building is adjacent to Patel Chowk Metro Station. You need to enter through Gate No. 3 of Jeevan Tara Building to go to the 1st floor where IRDAI is located. All people are very helpful. They actively resolve your problem in minutes.

IRDAI should have forwarded my email to HDFC ERGO to elicit their immediate response.By now the IRDAI should have known that the Insurance Co. have made its email system in such a way that a common consumer cannot reach them by any number of efforts.You may try yourself.Therefore IRDAI should play proactive role in favour of consumers.

Supposed to be help full for Public,
But they also don't care about public problems, Irdai support the fraud insurance companies. I have wasted my time contacting them, for almost 2 months, with a hope that Irdai will help out.
