Mary is an incredibly incompetent “agent”. First, when I was getting a quote on a policy, she put the wrong name on my quote/policy, multiple times, even though I asked her to fix it. Then, when it came time to pay my premium; she took my payment info twice, and told me everything went through. Only for her to call my 20 minutes later and ask for payment info again. When I told her I wasn’t happy with her incompetence, she told me to kick rocks and find insurance elsewhere. I’m glad I did, b/c the policy I found was with a better insurance company and at a better price. Mary is as incompetent as they come, and should not be in customer service.

I have been using JPK Enterprises Inc for a few years now and their customer service is off the charts! It's a family business and they work with big name insurance companies, as well as smaller ones. I absolutely love this company, and highly recommend if someone is looking for a specialized and family-type feel for their insurance dealings. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. 🙏🏼
