Usually the nest rates in town. Not the case for me personally right now but in the past they have been amazing. So they still get 5 stars even though I can't afford ins through then currently.

I've been with them for over 30 years. They have shifted from company to company occasionally, in order to find the best deal for me. Today I spoke with Marlena about adding another car, and setting my mom's house up for insurance here. They are always super helpful, and do the best to find the best deal. At one point I was with Hartford and my home insurance went up 1k a year, they caught it before I did, called me, and got me switched to Safeco. I've also had Travelers. All through them. For me, there has been a HUGE benefit in having a company that reps multiple insurance brands. They have always been kind and helpful over the years.

I have used Jackson& Iverson for years I highly recommend everyone needing a quote for auto or home to call this company first. I have never had a bad experience with the great staff here they are polite,helpful with no BS.

I thought this place was amazing until I dropped it as my insurance carrier because they were over charging me for my insurance. I cancel my policy on the 9th of August and she let me know that they might charge me but they would put the money back in my account. And they would pro rate my return because I cancel my policy 3 days before my renewal date. They gave me 179.12 back. But here I am a month later they charged my account 3 times which charged me 2 $30 charges Since I didn't have the amount in my account's. And then they charged me another 236.34 for the month of insurance that I never got. So they have costed me 296.34 so far I called and talk to Karen who said she was the owner and she counldnt give me answer. So I'm waiting to hear from safeco on how they prorated my insurance and then charge me for a month of insurance coverage that I did not get or want. I am severely disappointed in their service and how the owner acted in handling this situation.
Update. Every time I called and talked to Karen she was rude to me and I was kind of shocked. I'm not gonna lie for a business owner to still be in business when she treats her customers rude and vindictively. I found better insurance elsewhere and great consumer service 🙂

Im not really sure how long I have been with Jackson Iverson ( way back..even in the "young and hungry" years! ) Have never had a reason to switch. Karen and her "gang" have handled my cars and home,..and I know they have worked hard to find the best products at the best rates..I have been treated like a human being and friend,..rather than a "folder in a file cabinet"..always enjoy my conversations and end up smiling when I hang up after the conversation. Bravo and big hug you guys!!!..M!
