I have been a long time State Farm customer for 22 years and I have witnessed the lack of support and empathy from Steven and Jaqueline Hsu. They are clearly not "good neighbors" and have swindled me and given me the run around when I simply want a honest answer. Whenever I ask for a new quote, I am given this speech about lawsuits and to keep my policy, however, I was rear ended by a driver who only had 15k for bodily injury coverage. In my most recent statement, they changed my policy without my permission! As of 2024, Statefarm has 145 billion dollars in networth and Steven and Jaqueline Hsu are crooks for adding to Statefarm's increasing worth while we are struggling. I am sure they get kick backs for every customer they upsell. Steven and Jaqueline, you should be helping the community - your customers and providing them with the necessary information/quotes to help with these financial decisions. If I could give 0 stars, these guys deserve it.

Been working with Jacqueline's office since forever. Her office handles both my residential and auto coverage. The office is extremely responsive, and very transparent with rates and explanations. Email correspondences are easy, and documents requests are always fulfilled timely.
