We’ve had Ryan for our home insurance and recently switched our vehicles as well. He works hard to make sure we have the best rates while maintaining quality policies. He is quick to get back to us when we’ve had questions or concerns, even after hours. It’s great to know he will be there when we need something, plus being able to trust his recommendations because he has our best interest in mind.

We just had a large hail storm on March 31, 2023, got a hold of Ryan James told him I would probably need an adjuster to look at my property as I suspected hail damage to my roof. Within 48 hours I had an inspector at the house who verified that I did indeed have hail damage. Had a new roof put on and cleaned up by April 27. No hassle, and very prompt. Thank you!!

We recently moved to this area from another state and needed a new independent insurance agency and were concerned about finding one that was as good as our last one. We use James Insurance for our homeowners, multiple personal and business-use vehicles and equipment coverage. Ryan and Destinee have always been a pleasure to work with both in person and by phone. They go above and beyond and have even conducted business with us on the weekend. We especially love the convenience of communicating via text message since we are often on the road and cell service can be spotty. We look forward to seeing the transformation at their new office location in Paris. I would highly recommend this agency for all of your insurance needs!
