Jamyson did a fantastic job on our flood claim. Our insurance company was giving me the run around and not communicating with me. They sent me a settlement offer of $14,000, which I knew was low, so I hired Jamyson to help me out. He knows his stuff. I questioned everything and he gave advice every step of the way. Calling Jamy was the best thing I did for my insurance claim. At first I was handling it myself and getting low balled by my insurance company. They just wanted to sand my floors and call it done. Jamy got me new floors, three times as much money . They would never have done it without him. Insurance companies don't treat people the same as they do a public adjuster.

We had a flood that damaged three rooms and two bathrooms. This was the first insurance claim that we have ever made so we were unsure how the whole process worked what we were entitled to or even who to call. Our insurance company was helpful somewhat helpful but not very forth coming, kinda their job I guess. We reached out to The Jamyson Company for help and they responded quickly Jamy got on the phone and had us in a hotel all our personal good moved out into storage and more than double the money that the insurance initially gave us. Jamy was great he really knows his stuff. Sure he charges a healthy fee but you get what you pay for and really it was money that we would have never seen if we did it on our own. Thanks for the help Jamy. He will get you more money and make sure your family is taken of.

This company was recommended by a mutual friend. I had a pipe burst and the insurance company wanted to only pay to have the drywall repaired. Jamy came in and found that the water had spread throughout all of our cabinets and drywall throughout the kitchen. I would have never known how to negotiate with an insurance adjuster. We would have been stuck with walls that inevitably would have been full of mold eventually. Jamy got the insurance company to replace EVERYTHING! His fee is alot, but it comes out of the settlement and in return we got way more than we ever would have gotten without one penny out of our pocket. Ask yourself this: Do you want a whole grape or half of a watermelon?

I suffered water related damage in my rental property and my insurance company wasn't gonna pay for the damage. I mean, I have an insurance and what good is the insurance if it will not pay for the damage when things like this happen?! I was referred to Jamyson and not only he help me receive the money for the property damage, he even help me receive rental loss. Do not try to deal with your insurance company by yourself.
