Brooke Gomez was absolutely amazing! Ive never had an insurance agent explain things in as much detail as she did. She spent over 40 minutes with me on the phone answering all of my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my quote. Insurance is SO expensive these days but I got a cheaper rate than who I was previously with and I feel confident going with statefarm.

Janelle’s office is AMAZING! I moved from out of state, and they made everything so easy. While I live 50 miles away, Janelle, Brooke, and Thomas are WORTH IT and handled everything virtually for me👏🏼 they were responsive and knowledgeable in addressing my auto, short term disability, and life insurance needs and kept me smiling and laughing too! I wanted approachable rather than that “stuffy insurance office” vibe, and their Instagram sold me on that before I even reached out. I’m even passing their info to my friend in Phoenix after learning they take care of AZ customers too. 10/10 recommend Janelle and her team!

Hello everyone, I am not the one to post reviews online because Im always on the go with very limited time, a very busy individual with a lot of work, but this time I have to share an experience.
Approximately 3 years ago my policies got transferred to Janelles Cyrus office, Ive only had the pleasure of speaking with Janelle once over the phone, and it was an amazing conversation. She seemed sweet women and very helpful. I appreciate her patience.
Unfortunately, Brooke her “supervisor” as she stated was total opposite. She gave me the worst customer service I have ever came across on. Not only did she encouraged me to move to a different agent but also denied me access to Janelle when requesting to meet her in person. I have been customer service field over 10+ years, and have never experienced uncaring employee, rather than looking for a solution she said “you are more than welcome to switch agents” I do not consider offices need people who aren’t unhappy with their jobs, if you do not like what you do, do not ruin clients for the business.
