We had a fire at our property 8/22 and Art has been there every step of the way. Even though we had a serious battle with the insurance company of the last couple of years, Art consistently check on us during the entire process. He treated us as we mattered and ensure he provided all pertinent documentation to tackle the insurance company. By far, Jansen Public Adjusters is the best firm out there. November 22, 2023 I lost the majority of my home to a fire. Everything we've spent years working for, destroyed. Our safety, security, everything gone in the blink of an eye. Dealing with the stress of insurance, finding housing for not only my family, but our pets. And having no clue where to begin the process, I was approached by Brooke. He guided me through everything, step by step. Told me what was expected of me and led the way. He introduced me to his team and got me situated with a housing agent. And the fact that the majority of the work I had to do was sign the contract, helped put me at ease. Daman was able to get me the maximum from my insurance, both personal and structure! With everything already taking place I can guarantee that wasn't work I was going to have time to do. I will always recommend this company to anyone who has lost all since of security due to a catastrophe. Thank you for helping me get my life back in order! Matthew Aldrich was our initial contact with Jansen adjusters. We were really apprehensive and felt like a deer in the headlights after a home fire. He was a blessing, explained the insurance process in detail, anticipating what we would need and was a wonderful resource in a very traumatic experience. His first question was are you ok and where were we staying since displaced from our home. This greatly helped us secure temporary shelter until the two weeks later when State Farm finally sent an adjuster to “start a claim” despite our immediate call to report our loss the night after the fire. The resources and knowledge he shared made a stressful circumstance bearable.We were so glad to have used a public adjuster as our work schedules are too hectic, no time to play phone tag with insurance. This ensured we did not fall through the cracks. The insurance process is not perfect but we are blessed to be alive and back in our restored home.

Matt and Jansen made the insurance claim process easy. They did the work and kept me up to date with each step. Fire damage and loss is a nightmare. Art Jr. and Matt have made this terrible process so much easier. Our insurance company try to cut cost and not pay us what we deserved. Jansen caught every little trick and delay tactic the insurance company try to pull on us and got us all the money we needed to finish the house. Best decision i made was picking Jansen and having Matt and Art Jr. on the team.
