My parents went to this Broker/agent Angel. Everything went well at first. So, my dad needs help for claim/reimbursement which he did submit last April, my mom called healthnet for follow up but there is no claim yet or anything that has been received. My mom followed up for my dad last June and still with no update. July came and that's when they only submitted/followed up.The assistants always gave different answer or always in a hurry to leave. The experience is very disappointing. Angel was very unprofessional and does not like when you pointed out the issue especially the incompetence and inconvenience. I have to escalate the issue to JAR insurance supervisor how she handle stuff. If your parents are looking for insurabce you dont need a broker. Or make sure you follow up with your families and help them.
