She is great at her job.
When I first talked to her, she made my call easy. She took the initiative and helped me resolve my issue. She made my request easy. It’s very hard to find a person that walks one through every aspect of the call so easily and seamlessly.
I worked at Directv for 20 years as a phone rep. I worked in technical support troubleshooting Directv systems. We were a top tier department. We were held to the highest standard. I say that to say this. I know good service from bad service. And rarely do I get Excellent service. Stephanie provided me with excellent service each time I spoke with her.
Stephanie is very professional, knowledgeable, nice, and most importantly cares about her customers. I can just tell she does this day in and day out. As a matter of fact, it’s rare that I rate a business interaction as flawless and mistake free but Stephanie is 2 for 2. She’s batting .1000, when I spoke with her. In this day and age this is rare. Stephanie deserves a raise. She provides Great customer service and I really appreciate that.

Jared was great to work with and I would highly recommend him for any of your insurance needs. I had to get quotes on a few policies in a hurry due to some changes in my HOA. He was prompt and very efficient in getting the information back to me.
He took time to analyze my current policies and make some excellent recommendations. He went above and beyond to ensure I had adequate coverage which is something previous agents failed to do.
