Why lie about a 5 star google rating when it’s at 4? No way I would trust you when you start off with lies. Also creepy to include a picture of my house in your ad. Seems like you wasted your money on weird ads.

My vehicle insurance agent has been great so far. If you have a problem/question concerning your coverage, someone will help you with that. The drivewise app is ok for the most part however, I don't like the fact that it tracks even when I'm a passenger in another vehicle.

Ive been using Chase Insurance Agency since about 2017 I think. They have found me the providers with the lowest rates since then.
Honestly my favorite thing about CIA, is they respsond thriugh text.
I typically communicate through text in my daily life so I appreciate that CIA office this and responds promptly. They clearly explain everything and answer all my questions through text. Adding vehicles, changing policies, whatever it is, it's like texting your old friend.

Me: "Hey can I add a car to my policy?"

Them: "Yeah shoot me the vin and do you want full coverage or liability?"

Me: sends vin, full coverage please

Them: "Sure thing" sends new ins cards.

Allstate is terrible! Never talk to the same person. They can never help you becsue they don't make any of the rules "the company does" which of course you can get a hold of anyone higher up in the company.

Absolutely terrible! Rates are way too high. Customer service is terrible. Don’t use Allstate!
