The thing I hate most about insurance companies is that they use tactics similar to those of Grand Bazaar carpet sellers. If they would just be honest and give a fair price right away, it would save us both time. That's why I don't consider the "new" offers from companies when I communicate that I find their initial proposals unreasonable.

When Thomas understood what I needed, he presented his offer. It seemed reasonable to me, and I went ahead and purchased the insurance. I don't understand why others in the industry don't behave like Thomas. I didn't even negotiate on his offer because Mr. Neely was genuine and the price was fair. Thank you very much.
