I’ve worked with Merida for several years and her professionalism & knowledge has been wonderful! Recently I ran into some issues with Anthem Blue Cross - I called the office and Forrest & Merida went to great lengths to help remedy the situation. Deserves 6x stars!
Despite open enrollment not being active, billing issues, letter of termination due to the billing issue, didn’t receive insurance cards in the mail and the agent being home with the flu Forest went over&beyond! He listened, understood, contacted the provider and fixed all the hiccups. The best part…I only made 1x phone call that was less than 5min.
Highly recommend these guys!

I really hate to leave such a low review, but I thought it would be helpful for others since this is the main broker you are offered if you purchase insurance through the marketplace. I would recommend communicating via phone rather than email (your email will likely get lost!), follow-up every day, and be sure to ask plenty of clarifying questions. I would also recommend reaching out for insurance no earlier/later than 2-3 weeks before you need it. If you request it too early, your request will get lost. If you request it too late, you will have a lapse in coverage.

I did attempt to give my feedback directly to Forrest rather than leave a review, and while he was friendly, he did not really take any accountability or try to remedy his miscommunication (and incorrect communication) and lack of follow-through. Even though I followed up regularly over the course of 30+ days, I'm still not covered and have been denied at my doctor's office and for my refills 🙁

I'm sure this agency is great, just be sure to follow up regularly via phone!
