Have been using JBL Financial since 2020 after taking a buyout retirement plan from AT&T have been taking disbursements since and Balance has grown. The additional help with choosing Medical Insurance is a absolute must, it can be so complicated. Highly recommended. They are also on the Big 550 AM every Saturday to help with call in questions. It's a very informative show.

I started working with Erin & Jeff shortly before my retirement in March of 2022. I had some exposure with their company as I had met them pre-pandemic at a social gathering. I have to admit the thought of trusting someone to my work efforts of 42 years was somewhat concerning. My retirement income was all based on a 401(k) plan that I had self managed for all of my career.

My wife and I set up the meeting and we were very comfortable and impressed with all of the work that was done prior to the initial meeting. My wife is younger than me so fortunately insurance would not be an issue prior to Medicare. All of the questions that we asked were thoroughly explained and easily understood. We discussed current and upcoming needs that would impact the retirement fund. We discussed strategies, investment risks, tolerance, along with our short term and long term goals. We continue to receive regular updates regarding market conditions, investment strategies, and periodically scheduled meetings to review the strategies.

My anxiety of someone else managing my retirement investment has turned to a sense of confidence with Erin & Jeff. The experience has been beyond what we could have expected and we look forward to working with the JBL team throughout our next chapter in life during retirement. I highly recommend Erin, Jeff, & the JBL team to handle your financial services.
