From beginning and most of the journey with this company's business, was very pleasant. Very professional and easy to work with employees. Their work is above expectation, inside and outside. Everything by leaky roof affected was addressed. They even cleaned up and checked with me as to if they had missed anything.
The only con was some of the pre knowledge of the breakdown of what was covered in their service.
They got this done through my insurance company only deductible expenses on my behalf.
Yes, I would refer their services.

Jesus and Carlos, we’re great. It took some time for them to get my roof done but they did it. I would recommend them over and over. They fought my roof and they got it when State Farm didn’t wanna pay. They got them to pay and I’m very pleased and happy with the service, thanks Jesus and thanks again Carlos for all your time effort Freddy

Initial contact was prompt and timely when I needed my roof to be inspected. The only wait time was the insurance process to cover the costs. Even after the wait time, they provided excellent customer support in advocating for us in regards to our insurance, because of that- they were able to pull more coverage allowance from our insurance. Soon as our coverage went through, they got to work quickly right after and completed the job in a timely manner. Didn’t have to wait months for my roof to be fixed. The outcome is also very nice and pleasing to the eye. To add, they also fixed our gutters- excellent service done. The only minor problem is during our initial service call, we expressed our concerns not only about our roof and gutters but also our awning that got completely detached from our home because of the storm during that time. We were promised those issues would all be fixed. Which they submitted to the insurance but in the end, even though our insurance approved for the awning to be replaced- it was never replaced. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. I was never given an explanation why they didn’t replace that, I was never given a follow up with that problem either. Overall even if the issue is small, I am pleased with the outcome of my roof and gutters and customer advocation to get more out of my insurance and help me save out of pocket.

JC Adjusting Company. I am not one to leave reviews. But after this company not only saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and many unnecessary insurance phone calls. They deserve to be recognized. Their team is one of the most professional teams I have dealt with. The paper work was flat out simple and written in plain words. Jesus the Manager really knows how to treat people he is very knowledgeable and kind. They not only delivered their work in a timely manner but also made special arrangements to help with my wife’s schedule as she works from home. I cannot say enough good things about JC Adjusting. They are SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!! Keep up the good work !!!
