JC Insurance is a great place. I noticed good customer service on their services they offer. We were there for an appointment with the Consulado Mexicano Sobre Ruedas. Worst place to get your taxes done, they didn’t even input everything right. They don’t even notify you that something went wrong or if need additional information from us. Whenever you call to ask they are rude.

This is where I do my taxes since they first opened. I wouldn't go with anyone else! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They answered all of my questions and helped me do my taxes and explained to me the process step by step. I also got my car insurance from here, very trustworthy business. Customer service is absolutely professional. I was greeted with kindness by the friendly workers. The office is clean and organized. The Tax Broker has a pretty cool Star Wars theme office and they also sell xbox live membership cards here! Awesome! Y si hablan Español!

If you're looking for the Mexican Consulate where passports and such are offered this is the place. Unfortunately when we got the confirmation email for our appointment it didn't say which Suite number it was in besides it just Suite J. Suite J-2 is both the JC Insurance and Mexican Consulate services.

Worst place to get any immigration services. I’d rather wait for an appointment at the Mexican Consulate than return to this place. The lady who checks a person in for appointment is rude, inpatient and looks like she’s hating her job. Deserves no star
