1st - long time AMFAM customer + 20 years. To the issue, AMFAM bill pay website has issues when people don't want to sign up for automatic withdraw. Instead of a courtesy reminder this office chooses to send a cancellation letter which causes more headaches for things like financed vehicles. Contrast this with a peer AMFAM office that extends the courtesy reminder to look into the payment not being received. Pretty simple, so F for this office as this has been repeated over and over. Find another AMFAM office.

Response: There are claims that this office follows the company policy and period of time for notification before letter of cancellation but that is false in my 7 years using this office. Yes, it has been discussed before verbally with this office. I have a concurrent policy with a different office and no issues. Be careful in selecting this office.
