We have been with Jeff Boyd State Farm Insurance for several decades! We found out just how good they are and how well they take care of their customers. I was in a head on collision last week and Amy (at Jeff Boyd’s) was my new best friend!! They handled EVERYTHING, including dealing with the other person’s insurance company. All I had to do was look out for my own health and well being, knowing all the bills would be paid. I was in a new vehicle within a couple days. We will never leave State Farm or Jeff Boyd’s office.

Jeff Boyd is the most outstanding, professional and compassionate human being! My husband and I were traveling from Omaha NE to Billings, MT and got stranded in Buffalo, WY. I called Jeff and told him our situation. In his calming demeanor he simple said, “I got this”

Within five minutes he called for a tow truck to have us towed to Sheridan, WY. to the dealership. During the wait to fine out the diagnostic issues, Jeff called me three more times to see how we were doing and what the status was. I was convinced we were spending the night, but after about a hour we were back on the road.

Jeff informed us that if the truck had to stay he was driving down to Sheridan (2 hours away) to pick us up and bring us back to Billings.
Are you kidding me? Who would ever do that? Let me say Jeff Boyd would!
