We recently changed our insurance to State Farm with Jeff Schmidt’s office. They made it very easy to make the move. We live about 3 hours away but were able to do everything on line. I have also found the team at Jeff”s office to be very responsive and knowledgeable. I was concerned I might not get the same customer service I had received from USAA for the past 30 years. Well I have found Jeff’s office and team excellent to work with any concern I had is now gone.

I recently switched to State Farm as my previous auto insurance company who I had been with for 15 years and my parents had been with for close to 40 years (with homeowners, auto and life insurance policies) dropped the homeowners policy due to ‘excess claims’. Pricing was no longer competitive, so we started shopping around. We spoke with neighbors who recommended this State Farm Agency. Personally, I worked with Robin to set up my auto insurance. She is very nice, responsive and explained things well. ( I’m giving this agency a 4 as I got a different quote from another person within this agency and I did not have a good experience with them. They were argumentative and spoke down to me, which was frustrating and not warranted. Thankfully, I got to end up working with Robin.). If you are in need of insurance, I recommend you give Robin a call.
