I didn't have a good experience with this Agent. At first quotes and premiums were slightly better than most. Then his office erroneously mailed insurance cancelleation notices to my lender on multiple seperate occasions. Then my premium shot up significantly without notice. When they adjusted it, it was still higher than before with no claims in years, great credit score and clean driving record. Jeff claimed the increase was for "the personalized customer service" I'm not sure on what planet erroneously sentcancellation notices are part of good customer service. I even received an email stating I was up for policy cancellation for non payment on my Humvee insurance. Shocker to me, I don't own one.
