Not long ago we had a water pipe break at our home late one evening on a Sunday night. Having just switched insurance companies/agents and signing with Jeff and State Farm, I was hesitant to call him. We had been with our previous insurance agent and company for 15 plus years prior and I knew what to expect from them in this situation but we weren't sure what to expect from Jeff and State Farm. After deciding that the damage and cleanup was more than I could handle on my own I reluctantly called Jeff to ask for help. Jeff was fantastic! He assured me I was covered and said he would have a restoration company at my home within the hour. Well, not only did the restoration team show at my door, but so did Jeff. He walked us through the process, helped us with the claims and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going well. To say that I was satisfied and Jeff exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I can't remember ever receiving the kind of personalized service from an insurance agent nor a claim going as smooth and easy as the one I experienced with Jeff and State Farm. When I needed help, Jeff and State Farm were there.
