The blame on multiple occasions was put on myself or my service provider. Why don't you guys work with Toyota? My car sat in the shop for over a week before an adjuster could come out and see it in order to start the claim or do work. Toyota had all the parts ready to go and was waiting on you. All State stated that my service provider declined the use of the virtual assistant and thus could not get someone out sooner due to a first come first serve basis. Toyota has stated they have had nothing but issues working with All State and the virtual assistant server does not work and is inoperable! I've tried calling multiple times to get the issue resolved and have had nothing but a headache.

Was told if I signed up for autopay then my monthly payments would stay the same. But after signing up for autopay they changed it and charged me half my premium up front.

I have been with Jeffrey for over 12 years. Everyone on the staff is really good at what they do. Outstanding professionalism. I love that they are local and things can get done in person. My agent, Jeff Leasure, has been very easy to work with and very responsive to the requests I have had. Even when he has been out of the office, his colleague jumps right in to respond. This policy was originally my fathers, who passed a short while ago, so in dealing with all the estate issues with my dad, Jeff made the insurance part very easy. It took them over a month to get my windshield fixed in my truck I canceled both of my policy’s and went to a different company and a month later there still charging me saying I was my account was past due beware of this company there slogan your in good hands if false advertisement
