We just love everything about Jennifer Gann's State Farm office. Everyone there is wonderful with a heart for educating and serving their clients. They always go above and beyond to take care of you. We recently updated our policies with Emmalyn and everything went extremely smoothly. Emmalyn has an eye for detail as our situation was a bit complicated which she handled with ease. And, importantly they saved us $700! On top of all of that, Jennifer Gann's office is very warm and welcoming. A real pleasure to do business with all of you!

Emmalyn Rhymes first greeted me when I walked in. I was downstairs at US Bank and decided to pop up to compare my Allstate rates to State Farm. Emmalyn was polite and professional, and we went over auto, rental and jewelry quotes. I took that info home and called her back a few days later with additional questions. She answered all of them. A few days later I made an appointment, popped in and now’s she’s my State Farm account manager. In total, I saved $298.53.

The team was great to work with! Eric and Jennifer explained everything from pros and cons on coverage options, deductibles, and what I needed that was best for me and my family. After 3 other companies have dropped us every year and two more denied us coverage, it was a huge relief that we could get coverage with State Farm and Jennifer Gann.
