She’s lying. We contact each client when we receive their renewal and let them know whether the premium went up or not. If so, we quote all of our companies and contact our clients within 2 business days with the results of this work. This person rarely responds to our voicemails or emails. We keep meticulous records of these interactions. She was with us for eight years. She wants to blame me personally for her home insurance going up. She was belligerent with me on the phone. I told her home rates went up significantly due to 40 year record high inflation recently and the worst weather related claims year on record for our area. We had a tornado, sever straight line winds and hail. 2024 was the worst claims year on record according to some of our companies.

This business was handing my home and auto insurance as a package for the last several years. The last few years, I contacted the Owner, Mr. Jensen, to ask him to put a note on his calendar to check my insurances when the time was right and to look/search for a better deal for me and he told me okay yes that he would do it. He FAILED. My Mortgage Bank paid the home insurance 3,547 the previous year the Bank explained. The Bank told me that the insurance job was supposed to inform me and the Insurance owner failed to inform me. When I Brough this to Mr. Jensen attention over the phone, I told him my cousin lives a few minutes away and pays less than half of what I am paying and his response was “then move” he also added “we have tried to contact you”. I told him “you have my e-mail, my phone number and my address on your records”. Then he blamed it on inflation. His answers were absolutely absurd, abnormal and illogical. He didn’t make any sense. I realized that my business meant nothing to him.
Because of his poor judgment on handling my affairs, this years I have to pay ESCROW of approximately $3,547 the Bank told me. I trusted him and his company and they failed. I found another Insurance Broker who is going to handle my affairs since 12/31/24. Meanwhile, I FIRED Mr. Jensen and his Agency on 12/31/24. Shame on you, Mr. Jensen, You FAILED and you BETRAYED me when I trusted you. SHAME ON YOU!

134 emails, 22 phone calls, a meal won from my roofing/siding guy that inspected my roof and did siding in 2023, 8 brokers, 2 captive companies for a 2024 renewal. Why was this needed? Because my rate doubled due to a 11 year old roof! Otherwise no claims for 11 years, an insurance X score in the prime and there was only one broker or person who stuck with me for 3 weeks! Ashley from Jensen went above and beyond getting me the lowest rate possible saving me $2,300 in the process when Nationwide tried to double my rate on auto/home.

I think I have shopped every broker in this city, but the customer service was above and beyond with Jensen. I had thought I knew what customer service was these last few years when brokers would just shop my policies right before renewal and I would blindly pay the rate without asking about the why on policies.

Ashley is the only one that took a full examination of policies and pointed out areas where I was underinsured and where other brokers may have led me down the wrong path of underinsurance. I figured all brokers that quoted the same coverage were all the same, but Jensen just sets itself apart to be different. If you do not believe this I literally "broke" almost every other broker/agent including my former broker I was with for 5 years. I call these the Jensen advantage!

-Communication: Jensen will email/call you and follow up in a timely matter when it matters to you. Other brokers for 2-3 weeks told me I had time or they would get back to me the next day. That turned into 7-8! Not for Jensen. Everything was handled in a timely matter!

-Questions?: That is right. All other brokers or agents when pressed for coverage will bow out. Not Jensen. No question is beneath them. They answer everyone! I asked over 20 with Ashley including having her shop companies I was quoting with other brokers! Ashley went through everyone and explained what set Jensen's coverage apart from everyone else.

-Home Coverage: That's right! Certain agents will adjust dwelling coverage or total replacement coverage below what you need to sell you a cheaper policy. Jensen is the only one that showed me a personal replacement policy with 70% of home coverage and explained a total replacement policy to my home which was important to me! Why have home replacement insurance if it won't cover everything in a total loss?

-Personal item coverage: Other agents told me they didn't want to quote collections etc and told me to find other niche companies on the internet to provide coverage. Jensen stepped up and found me this coverage for cheaper than anyone else!

-Auto annual policies: Not a single agent wanted to go with an annual policy on the auto. Due to my age with a clean driving record insurers pushed back for the first time in 20 years for me to go to a 6 month policy. My prior broker was upset that I wanted them to shop this coverage. Not Ashley. Not Jensen. She found me an annual policy that cheaper than what I paid in 2023! Half of what I was going to pay for 2024!

-Companies: Jensen quotes some of the best in breed insurers. Auto-Owners, Progressive etc. some of the best and biggest carriers they handle and they make the transition that much easier! One of the easiest policy switch overs and everyone in the office is super friendly and nice!

In summary it is painful what is happening to the property and causality space especially with all the storms we have had this year, but Jensen will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best coverage at the lowest price and Ashley is the "Caitlin Clark" of insurance!

awesome people an very helpful on getting me the right quote tailored to fit what I was looking for. definitely the best broker I've delt with yet. even Called me to tell me they have found a better deal down the road with twice the coverage for half the price so I'm extremely happy with them. only down side is there office is by gigi's an you may be compelled to go eat those dam amazing cup cakes

I would most certainly recommend this place to insure any vehicle you have. They found us cheaper rates than any other place had. I wish we would have insured our vehicles with them years. Would have saved us so much money.
