When American Family Insurance dropped my insurance due to high fire risk in my area, I was afraid I would never find insurance from my home. I had talked to several people and was unable to get insured and then someone mentioned Allstate to me. When I called Allstate, I was put in touch with agent Terry Lott. Reviewing all of our property needs, he was able to give me very similar coverage for our two properties and several vehicles for a third less than what I’ve been paying with American Family for the same coverage. Unfortunately, only two months after changing to Allstate I had a water leak in my upper level that leaked into my lower level laundry room, causing significant damage to the ceiling and and moisture into the walls and flooring. I filed a claim online and was contacted by the adjuster. My claim was handled without incident. I recommend Allstate to everyone that is looking for homeowner insurance.

My wife and I absolutely love this Allstate office. Diana has been helpful, trustworthy and amazing over the years. She even looks out for ways to save us money and time. This agency has been very rude. They had an internal mistake and accidentally charged me for something I did not need. They then only refunded me partially and refused to refund the rest even after one of their employees admitted it was their fault. They accidentally sent me a very unprofessional email that was meant for someone else saying that “said employee was blowing smoke up my ass”. Not to mention they have bait and switched with their prices.
