Jerry Insurance has been great for the first few months. I mean setting up was a breeze! It was easy and fast with an app. I wonder if they will need to hire any agents to cover the masses of phone calls they will get?

They force you to download their app in order to see their quote which also included a 12% premium reduction if you install a GPS device. Also, their initial low quote is almost always substantially increases to their final quote. Try Insurify.com for a better comparison

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. They signed me up for multiple policies that didn't write because "my car is too valuable" and kept the "broker fees" amounting to over $300. All that to not be covered. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
