Do not go through this company will take your money and will not send cancellation letters in on time got charged five extra months for no reason at all when they didn’t send in the correct paperwork to cancel the policy, back at it again my wife has actually signed and got a copy from jnr insurance on 2-3-2025 and she refuses to send in the cancellation, have the issue where I can’t keep money in my account because they keep billing me when it was supposed to be done , Take this as a warning They will keep billing you and not issue you refund even when you have the proof of cancellation

We switched to JnR Insurance 3 years ago. JnR has always had our best interest at heart. They listen to our needs and concerns and they educate and advise us reflecting what is important to us, and then give recommenations as needed. They were even able to save us money on one of our policies as our old insurance company was overcharging us.
