This allstate office, in particular, is the most unprofessional immature people I ever dealt within my life. First they forced me into a contract because i'm the spouse, but I don't drive. They constantly go up in the policy without any notice, and then when we cancel it, they threated me to pay them after they said over and over that the moment I stopped paying, they would cancel my policy but then they lied and said they extended it trying to scam me into another payment, which doesn't make sense because I didn't receive any service from them and I was under the impression I didn't even have insurance with them. And now they want a month that they told me I didn't have insurance

Multiple incidents with Maria no doing or canceling thing when needed to be done and she doesn’t remember anything at all and try’s to blame you that it’s your fault when she didn’t do it at that moment need someone else to talk to because she is no help!!!!!

I’ve been established with Allstate for a few years now and they are so helpful in making sure you are well taken care of as well saving money on any of your policies they carry for you. The service I’ve received no matter who I speak with at the office always feels personal and sincere. Things were great for years before an accident finally sent my rates up. After talking to a very rude man on the phone (apparently he worked in a different office), I decided to cancel my policy effective June 20th, 2022. I got a notice from a COLLECTION AGENCY on July 28th for $73 because my policy was not cancelled on June 20th as agreed upon but July 20th instead. A collection agency. Wow. Not a phone call, a collection agency.

So I decided to call my agent directly to avoid the long waits on the generaic 1800 number. A delightful gal by the name of Elizabeth answered and she knock it out of the park. She helped me add a new vehicle onto my policy and even revised some things from my existing policy. I called to add something and ended up saving some cash in the process. Ask for Elizabeth the O.G.!
