I have been with John Weidemann for 36 years. We have been with AmFam and John Weidemann for 20+ years. John is always available and happy to discuss coverage & cost. Great sense of humor and calm. While recently discussing our home insurance costs we realized I had never given AmFam the proper roofing certificate for a new roof we installed 10 years ago. While I wish John had reminded me back then :), he said "get it to me and I'll see what I can do." I expected a few hundred dollars back for this year's coverage...imagine my reaction when I opened the check and saw that John had sent us >$10K!!! I mean, what insurance agent does that?! He was able to get me credit for all those years. I said to John, so I'll say it here, he's a Rock Star in my book!
