This is the most incompetent claim service I've ever dealt with. No one has a clue what's going on and they have taken my name and number so many times to "call" me back they should be out of sticky notes. My truck has been ready at the body shop for over a month and a half but Johnson's claim service can't seem to get them paid. They finally sent a check but to the wrong location after we had clear instructions of where it was to go per a conversation via email. Still no returned calls and still no check. The body shop calls me regularly to check on the status and has specifically requested this company's info to take them off the business list. Sadly they're both located in the same town but Johnson's claim service can't seem to get them payment while still refusing to call me back with an update.

I cant believe this company. have been stonewalling us and refusing to pay a valid claim now for 9 months. i have never seen such blatant scam of a enterprise. How can we join together and get the Authorities involved?

Possibly the absolute worst claims adjuster service on this planet. I cannot express the sheer anger and frustration brought upon my business and family by the adjusters here and overall the service here at this company. I kid you not you will be left out of the loop for months on end wondering what is going on in terms of the process of getting your piece of equipment fixed. Please if possible do not take no as an answer from these guys and as of a matter of fact don't ever deal with them, all you will get is unresponsive employees who just have rude things to say and their priority is being as slow and unhelpful as possible.

This place is a scam. Will be reporting them! My car was damaged by a transport carrier and Johnson Claim Services (specfically Shane Carter) was assinged as the adjuster. They never even contacted me . I had to get their contact information from the insurance broker of the transport carrier and contact them myself repeatedly with no response from Shane. Everyday they would tell me he is unavailable. And when I did get Shane to call me (called me once after many messages) he suggested I should contact my own insurance company because the transportation carrier is not responding to him. Really? So because the company that did the damage is not answering his calls its my fault?

Called again today. And still no response. What a joke of a company.

Terrible experience and lack of roffesionalism after having a really expemsive insurance then they want to wash their hands on everything to not pay im in the process of sueing them right now cuz i was cut short from the money they needed to pay of the total loss and besides that they refuse to pay truck storage when they lasted 11 months on the process of solving the money issue. Please DO NOT GET IN THIS INSURANCE OR GREAT LAKES INS. ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
