Do not use this office, they are either incompetent or crooke or both. I bought insurance through them and ultimately it ended up in them screwing me over so bad my credit score has now dropped by over 150 points. They also had me underinsured by almost $100,000 on my house. I had a years worth of insurance stolen from me right out of my escrow and this office did nothing to help me and I had to fend for myself against the insurance company. It took me over 6 months to get that money back. But because I was missing so much money out of my escrow I'm having trouble getting my escrow back up to where it needs to be. It has been almost a year since I first started doing business with this office, about 4 months since I stopped, and even today I am still having issues from the crooked things they did to me. I asked them three different times to send proof of my insurance to my auto loan holder which ended up resulting in extra fees because I was double paying for insurance due to the auto loan holder taking out a second insurance in my name because they were not getting the proof from this office. My credit score was 822 before I did business with them, now it's the mid-600s because of the missing money they stole from me from my escrow. Even my loan holder on my house said this office is crooked and they have labeled them as corrupt. The worst part about this is I was paying them to deal with my insurance because they are an insurance agent, yet at the first sign of trouble they did not help me and I had to fight with the insurance company all on my own for 6 months to get all that missing money back. Oh yeah and in the beginning they did not file the right paperwork and I actually went 3 months without homeowners insurance, and that was a whole other fiasco I had to deal with on my own. That came with all kinds of extra fines and fees through my loan holder because of this offices incompetence.
