Been with State farm for many 30ish years maybe more. We have had minor little miscellaneous things have happened and they’ve always came through. No hassle provided documentation in a timely fashion, and staff have always been friendly and helpful.
I would highly suggest using them.

Jose Martínez and his staff are always very attentive and helpful. This office has many bilingual Spanish speakers for those who need services in Spanish. He’s been a local State Farm agent for many decades and has insured my parents and siblings since we’ve been able to drive.

I always feel assured that I’m getting the best possible options for my insurance needs. I have all my vehicles and my home insured through this office and have never had an issue submitting a claim or speaking to someone when I have a question. I even have my wife’s engagement ring insured through them! I highly recommend Jose Martinez and his staff.

I cannot thank Jose Martinez and the the staff of State Farm Insurance enough for all the care and help that they provided my mother with her car insurance. Jose and his staff went out of their way to provide the most comprehensive, and thorough protection that my mother could afford. She was always treated with courtesy, and respect. My mother had many opportunities to choose another insurance company, but always remained loyal to State Farm. Upon my mother's passing earlier this year, I got to learn first-hand why she felt compelled to remain with Jose and the staff at State Farm. As the trustee for my mother's trust, I have been given the responsibility of handling all of her financial and personal accounts. One of the things that I needed to do was to cancel the insurance policy on my mother's car. When I called to do so, I was told immediately how sorry they were for my loss, and that if there was anything that they could do to help, they were more than willing to do so. Their condolences were well before any dealings with the policy, and that simple act of caring meant a lot to me. They were more than willing to send out a reimbursement check for the unused portion of the policy. When there was a problem with the checks (the bank's problem, not State Farm's), they were more than willing to reissue the checks, and did so without any hassle. The professionalism and helpfulness of the entire State Farm staff is to be admired. I do not live in the Brentwood area, but if you live there, I would not hesitate to take out an insurance policy with Jose Martinez and his staff at State Farm. They care about their clients and really do make you feel like family. Once again, I can't thank the State Farm - Sand Creek enough for all they have done to help us in this difficult time.
