I called and spoke with Julia. Let me tell you, she was amazing. Give that girl a raise! My homeowner’s insurance through Progressive was going to renew and an outrageous rate, $1800 more than the previous year, with no claims. She worked with me, got me an affordable rate, and I couldn't be happier.

Insurance is one of those unnecessary evils you have to have. And change is not easy especially when life is so busy. Well I made the change after being married to Progressive for a long time, the “Gold Status you have” bla bla etc. But change I did and I am very happy I did. Obviously we want cheaper rates, but everything is online and so simple to navigate. I have had to claim for two windshields, no fuss, appointment made, vehicle arrived, and “walla”, magic happens. I most certainly can recommend Allstate over Progressive. Great experience. Thank you Allstate

The Korsvold Agency with Allstate are great. I worked with Julia-Rose who was able to put a complete homeowners/auto owners policy together that saved me considerably compared to Farmers/Hippo. The customer service and follow through were perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

Every encounter I have with this particular place has always been positive. Always helpful and if they are unable to get to it right away, they usually get back to me within a timely manner. No issues with there online portion either. Can say I haven't talked much over the phone but I doubt the experience would be any different.

The staff at this Allstate office are incredibly friendly and try to be very helpful. My rating is more about Allstate as a company (which this office represents). Allstate claims handling is horrific. Insurance is there for when something happens and you need it and unfortunately that’s when Allstate completely misses the mark. Again, the folks at this office are nice but they represent a company that is inefficient, inept and way overpriced for what you get when you actually need them.
